"Admission Requirements"

1. An application must be filled out and sent back to the Lighthouse for review.
    
2. An on-campus interview with the girl and parent/guardian will then be set up whenever possible.
    
3. Once approved the girl must undergo a complete physical examination by a Physician to answer all of the questions on the Medical Questionnaire.
    
4. The girl must have the following tests performed:
1. HIV test
2. Pregnancy test
3. STD test
4. Drug test
